The Sims 4's Country Kitchen Kit, Bust The Dust Kit, and Throwback Fit Kit are all available now via Origin and Steam for $5/£5/€5. One comment I have seen a lot which seems fair is that these Kits are bigger news for console players than they are for folks on PC, because dust bunnies aside, PC players can already access similarly small and focused sets created by the community. Because the "dust" Kit doesn't just add inert piles of dust, see. I've seen others, those who actually want to play the game bits, talk about how cute the little dust bunny creatures are. Me? I play The Sims almost entirely on pause, solely in order to construct fabulous homes, and so a set of shabby chic kitchen furniture is pretty compelling. Look elsewhere however, and there are plenty of Sims 4 players excited for different things offered in these packs. The series has a reputation among some for nickel-and-diming players with dozens of paid expansions, and if that's you, Kits aren't going to change your mind.

I opened up a household and played for about 10 minutes and when I got back to my manage household and everyone is aged up. Update: It is not just for Sims that are off the lot, it has also happened with sims on the lot as well. I am guessing it has something to do with today’s update. I am playing on the “long” lifespan option and have most add-ons to the game.
It does not seem to affect sims that are still on the lot when their appearance is being changed. After using CAS in-game, Sims that are off the lot come back and immediately age up. I can only find reports that this bug was fixed with a previous patch, but it seems with today’s (7/26/22) update it is back.
(through actions like Change Appearance, Plan Outfit etc) First reported by absadot on EA AHQ, the issue, describing it as Sims off and on lot are all being aged up automatically.
